THE PROCESS

Submit your contact form with all of the details you’d like to share, and we’ll be in touch between 24-48 hrs with our availability. If we have the date open, you’ll receive a link to schedule a zoom consultation.

After our consultation, you’ll receive a fully outlined proposal based on our conversation. It will have 2 Tiers of options to suit your vision and will include inspiration pictures.

You will have 30 days to sign the contract and pay the deposit before the quote expires and your dates is released. Until the $2000 deposit is received, you date remains open for other couples.

Enjoy your engagement! We’ll check in with you periodically to gather the latest information and connect with your planning team. Expect emails from us at the minimum of 4 months, 2 months, and 5 weeks before your big day.

Your final payment is due. If not already noted, we will confirm delivery instructions for personal items and be available for last minute questions.

Our team will coordinate with your venue to begin set-up and install your florals. Personal flowers will be delivered in time for your photos, and out team can help you repurpose any florals we’ve discussed moving. Additionally, the team will tear down at the end of the night and collect florals and provided decor.
Floral design is more than an accent—it’s an experience, an atmosphere, and a signature of your celebration.

How can we receive a proposal/estimate?

Do you have any packages I can compare?
Because each event is different from the next, the final price depends on a client’s overall vision (scale of designs, additional inventory/props, etc.) and needs (quantity, locations, etc.). However, a helpful framework to consider is that an $8,000 budget could include a wedding party, a fantastic arch (or other ceremony floral), cocktail hour bud vases, and about 15 guest tables with full, lush centerpieces (as well as delivery, setup, and strike).
How do we secure our date with TWIG?
After you receive your proposal, you can submit your $2000 deposit to guarantee your TWIG wedding florals!
Do you have a minimum?
Yes, $7,000.
Can you fulfill wedding orders outside of the local growing season?
Absolutely! We proudly use in-season, local flowers from Pennsylvania farms as often as possible. This practice ensures the highest level of quality control, and we firmly believe in supporting our local communities. When the local growing season is over (late October), we work with our professional wholesale providers.
Do you also supply ‘hard goods’ such as candles, fabric, arches, chuppahs, etc.?
Yes! We are professional designers, and we want our clients to have a complete theme.
