Woodsy Manor House Wedding

As their wedding florist, having the opportunity to bring Steve and Melissa's floral dreams to life at their enchanting wedding at the Manor House at Prophecy Creek Park was a chance to play with woodland themes in an already beautiful setting. Nestled just outside Philadelphia, this venue boasts an aesthetic that perfectly blends elegance with the natural beauty of its surroundings, making it an ideal setting for unforgettable events.

The Manor House at Prophecy Creek Park, with its expansive lawns, tranquil ponds, and captivating manor, is a venue that exudes charm and beauty. This setting not only provides a breathtaking backdrop for weddings but also offers a unique connection to nature, making each celebration feel grand and intimate. It's a venue that truly sets the stage for a memorable and enchanting wedding day.

When designing the floral arrangements for Steve and Melissa's wedding, we drew inspiration from the venue's inherent beauty. Our goal was to create designs that not only harmonized with but also elevated the venue's elegant fusion of sophistication and natural allure, reflecting the couple's distinct style and the lush environment of Prophecy Creek Park.

Steve and Melissa chose a beautifully classic Fall palette that leaned towards rich burgundy, vibrant greens, crisp white, and soft light pink. This color scheme perfectly captured the season's essence while adding a touch of timeless elegance to their wedding decor. The colors were a reflection of the couple's style—classic with a hint of rustic warmth, echoing the lush surroundings of Prophecy Creek Park.

The circle arch was the centerpiece of the ceremony, designed with a rustic, woodland feel in mind. It was adorned with an abundance of greens, creating a lush, forest-like canopy. At its heart, a careful selection of flowers in the wedding's color palette framed Steve and Melissa as they exchanged their vows. This arch served as a symbolic gateway, marking the couple's transition into their new life together, surrounded by the beauty of nature and the love of their families and friends. It was a design that not only looked beautiful but also carried a profound meaning, adding depth to the ceremony.

With the aisle arrangements, we wanted to create a sense of continuity and flow from the arch to the rest of the ceremony space. Each chair along the aisle was adorned with arrangements featuring greens, burgundy, white, and light pink flowers. These small but impactful decorations added a pop of color and texture to the aisle, leading the eye toward the stunning arch and the couple at its center.

Their reception at the Manor House was a testament to love and beauty, with guest tables adorned with three-foot-long garlands. These garlands, a cascade of greens interwoven with flowers in the wedding's color scheme and interspersed with candles, ran down the center of the tables. The soft candlelight cast a warm, inviting glow, creating an atmosphere of romance and enchantment. The garlands not only unified the room but also brought a touch of the outdoors inside, enhancing the overall ambiance.

Being part of Steve and Melissa's wedding was an extraordinary experience. The opportunity to bring their unique floral vision to life against the backdrop of the Manor House at Prophecy Creek Park was an honor. The day was a harmonious blend of classic elegance and the raw beauty of nature, a celebration of love in its purest form. As the night unfolded, guests were immersed in a world of flowers and candlelight, creating a magical atmosphere that we are proud to have been a part of.

Steve and Melissa, thank you for trusting us to bring your floral vision to life in such a beautiful venue. We can't wait to return to the Manor House at Prophecy Creek Park to see what other florals we can dream up in their beautiful space.
